“Joy” is a word we don’t often hear with contemporary American politics. But it sure has been in the air over the last three days as the Democrats moved through their 2024 Convention in Chicago. Merle and I have watched much of the speakers so far, including some amazing musical acts, and I have to see – we are feeling the joy, the civic joy.
